Jennifer Madaj joined Knoxville Neurocare Therapy in August 2022, and currently serves as a Patient Coordinator. With a background in therapeutic recreation and a passion for providing exceptional care, Jennifer brings valuable expertise to coordinating and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Prior to joining Knoxville Neurocare Therapy, Jennifer excelled in various leadership positions where she demonstrated her dynamic therapeutic and interpersonal skills and organizational abilities representing top organizations, including Liberty Mutual Insurance, Foothills Adult Care Enrichment Services, Emory Valley Center, and KidsPeace at Orchard Hills.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has gained extensive experience facilitating therapeutic activities, promoting personal growth, and supporting individuals with diverse needs. Her dedication and genuine care for each patient’s well-being make her an invaluable asset to the Knoxville Neurocare Therapy team.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Tennessee’s College of Education, Health, and Human Science Recreation and Leisure Studies Program. She is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and is committed to utilizing her knowledge and skills to enhance the well-being of patients.
